Diesel fuel prices fell across the country except for a slight increase in the Rocky Mountain region, but on average diesel fuel costs were down 0.025 from last week, with variation of 0.137 compared to a year ago. Gasoline prices are also down in all regions of the United States, averaging 0.052 from last week with a change of 0.331 from a year ago.
