According to data tracked by the Energy Information Administration (EIA), diesel prices fell 8/10ths cent to $2.399 per gallon, down 11.8 cents per gallon from the same week last year. Average diesel prices fell in all regions of the United States except California and the West Coast. The biggest declines of the week occurred in the Lower Atlantic, Midwest and New England regions.
